Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Mechatronics / Mechanical engineering;

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the maintenance department;
∎ Apply knowledge of engineering theories and concepts in maintenance engineering principles;
∎ Prepare SOP in support of maintenance engineering needs; contributes to operations and maintenance budget and job estimates;
∎ Plan and coordinates with internal maintenance team and external resources on assigned maintenance schedule, shares information and provides professional guidance in executing maintenance tasks;
∎ Shares current knowledge of latest technology and processes; assist with any corrective actions required;
∎ Supports and develops training of other engineers and maintenance team on operations and maintenance requirements and practices;
∎ Performs engineering assignments associated with the design, performance enhancement, cost effectiveness, operation, and maintenance of various equipment of the factory;
∎ Performing smooth maintenance of Jacquard knitting machines, generator and boilers of the factory;
∎ Performing failure diagnosis on systems to locate the cause of a problem, Taking care of breakdown maintenance & required Spare parts collection via procurement department;
∎ Breakdown maintenance root cause analysis, recording & reporting;
∎ Maintaining statistical records of machines spare parts consumption and report to management;
∎ Carry out routine maintenance work and respond to machine breakdown;
∎ Keep Maintenance record of all machines and ensure all machines are running properly;
∎ Guide and supervise machine operators on how to run the machines properly and efficiently;
∎ Implement technical know-how to reduce wastage by optimizing jacquard machine performance;
∎ Listen to machine related grievances of the ultimate users and initiate to solve them with utmost priority;
∎ Maintain an expert knowledge of fire safety and fire risk management;
∎ Create methods dealing with fire prevention;
∎ Supports various maintenance groups of the factory with engineering based problem identification, analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution;
∎ Ensure maximum production capacity utilization of Jacquard sections by developing strong maintenance framework and delivering optimum maintenance service at the production area;
∎ Plans and controls all activities so as to provide an accident-free work place;
∎ Any other assignments and responsibilities assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be sincere, self-motivated, proactive and team player;
∎ Excellent PC knowledge and expertise on Microsoft office applications specially in Word, Excel, and outlook;
∎ Ability to handle workload and manage multiple tasks at a time under stressed environment.
