Responsibilities & Context: As a Sr. Executive (Corporate Sales) at IOM Group, you will work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where success requires strong interpersonal skills, market knowledge, and a customer-first approach.
- Visit corporate clients, prepare professional proposals/quotations, follow up, negotiate, and close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Develop new customer relationships while maintaining long-term partnerships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research, engage customers through email/mobile marketing, and capture emerging opportunities.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and forecasts to support business planning.
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Accounts, Logistics) to ensure smooth order execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to strengthen sales strategies.
- Represent the company at corporate events, exhibitions, and business meetings to promote the brand.
