Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance, MIS, Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
BUREAU VERITAS, other Compliance Organization, SGS
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of departmental plan, identification and evaluation of compliances, setting objectives and action plan
∎ Evaluation of company's performance in relation with compliance
∎ Training need assessment related to IMS and Compliance
∎ Performing periodic audits of all departments related to ISO certifications, documenting test results, collecting evidences, tracking gaps, following up with department owners for management action and timely closure thus ensure that all business units' activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements
∎ Liaison with ISO certification bodies/ consultants
∎ Review and forward improvement plan for approval and maintain audit checklist, procedures, test results for compliance.
∎ Briefs the progress to Quality Management Representative regarding the implementation process of quality management system (ISO 9001, 14001, 50001, OHSAS 18001 and LEED Platinum)
∎ Investigate irregularities and non-compliance issues, correction, route cause analysis and action against non-conformity
∎ Communication and distribution of latest documents, standards, legal documents to concern departments
∎ Keep up to date with, and understand relevant laws and regulations, monitor compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies and renew the Certificates as required
∎ Perform risk assessments to understand risk level, significance and scope
∎ Plans and directs programs, policies, and practices to ensure that all business units' activities are in compliance with regulatory requirements
