Responsibilities & Context:
Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Client Engagement: Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their internet and communication needs are met with Dtech’s solutions.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends and competition, identifying opportunities to enhance our market position.
Proposal Development: Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to clients` unique needs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in our CRM system.
