Experience:

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Ice Cream

• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting/Finance
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting/Finance

• BBA/MBA in Accounting/Finance with CA (course completion)

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Group of Companies, Ice Cream

• Age At least 30 years

• Good knowledge of computers, Excel & reporting.    

• Knowledge to operate ERP software;    

• Must be dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and self-organized with a positive attitude;

• Capable of leading a team;

• At least 5-years experiences including 3 years in internal audit in FMCG

• Perform and control the full audit cycle, develop internal audit scope and audit plans, including risk management and control management over operations` effectiveness, financial reliability, and compliance with all applicable directives and regulations;

• Prepare an internal audit report and provide more effective recommendations on the identified deficiencies in internal control procedures.

• Prepare, analyze, and verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures;

• Ensuring proper steps have been taken to safeguard the company`s assets as directed

• Conducting suspected physical cash verification of the whole group on a quarterly/ half- yearly/annual.

• Conduct periodic audits of retailers/ dealers/ distributors/ depots` sales transactions and assets verification;

• Market survey & check collected quotation and verify procured items & check inventory in regular basis;

• Preparing an inventory reconciliation statement on the received quantity between the store & accounts record.

• Monitor overdue customer accounts and credit exposure;

• Conduct & follow up various audits, investigations, and reviews on Accounts, Operations, Process, Sales, Distribution & Marketing;

• Identify loopholes and share risk aversion methods and cost savings;

• Production process audit.

• Check & verify all kinds of bills/vouchers for ensuring the accuracy and/or correctness of accounting transactions of pre- and past payment;

• Participate in special & surprise audit, as and when required;
