The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Healthcare/Lifestyle product
3-5 years of experience in a Training and Development role.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Genuine interest in working with organic products is a must.
Knowledge of healthy lifestyle, wellness, or nutrition will be considered a strong advantage.
Should possess a continuous learning mindset toward healthy living and lifestyle improvement.
Responsibilities & Context:
Coordinate and oversee training programs, Identify training needs across departments for both new and existing employees.
Design, plan, and deliver engaging training programs focused on functional skills, personal development, product knowledge, and wellness practices.
Organize and facilitate regular workshops, sessions, and refreshers related to health, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and organic living.
Collaborate with department leads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and performance improvement needs.
Design and deliver soft skills training sessions (e.g., communication, teamwork, leadership) to enhance employee performance and support a positive workplace culture.
Evaluate training outcomes through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
Maintain detailed training records and prepare reports for management.
Explore and introduce innovative training methods and tools to enhance employee engagement and learning outcomes.
Actively promote awareness of healthy lifestyle choices and organic living within the organization.
Must be passionate about organic products and willing to continuously learn about health-conscious lifestyles.
