Responsibilities & Context:
  • Coordinate and oversee training programs, Identify training needs across departments for both new and existing employees.

  • Design, plan, and deliver engaging training programs focused on functional skills, personal development, product knowledge, and wellness practices.

  • Organize and facilitate regular workshops, sessions, and refreshers related to health, nutrition, lifestyle habits, and organic living.

  • Collaborate with department leads to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and performance improvement needs.

  • Design and deliver soft skills training sessions (e.g., communication, teamwork, leadership) to enhance employee performance and support a positive workplace culture.

  • Evaluate training outcomes through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.

  • Maintain detailed training records and prepare reports for management.

  • Explore and introduce innovative training methods and tools to enhance employee engagement and learning outcomes.

  • Actively promote awareness of healthy lifestyle choices and organic living within the organization.

  • Must be passionate about organic products and willing to continuously learn about health-conscious lifestyles.
