Responsibilities & Context:
JK Lifestyle Limited is a fast-growing organization operating multiple business units including Health Service, Organic Products, Food Arena, Fitness Arena, Online Store, Patient Care, Call Center, Warehouse, and Retail Outlets.
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations who will oversee the entire company’s operational activities, ensure smooth workflow, maintain standards, enhance service quality, and lead multi-department coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across all business units
Develop & implement SOPs; conduct regular operations review
Coordinate with HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing & Supply Chain
Monitor service quality, customer experience & complaint resolution
Supervise inventory accuracy, stock planning & warehouse operations
Analyze dashboards & ensure KPI-driven performance.
