JK Lifestyle Limited, a rapidly growing organization in Healthcare Sector, Organic Products and Wellness services, is looking for a highly experienced General Manager (GM) who will lead both Health Services Operations & Business Growth.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving sales growth, business expansion, operational excellence, clinical service quality, customer experience, team leadership, and profitability across all divisions of the company.
Strategic & Business Growth
•Develop and execute long-term business and expansion strategies.
•Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue channels.
•Lead new product, service, and outlet launches.
Sales, Marketing & Revenue
•Drive sales targets across retail, online, telemarketing, and corporate channels.
•Lead market research, pricing, promotions, and customer experience improvement.
•Manage sales forecasting, conversion growth, and customer retention programs.
Health Service Operations
•Oversee daily activities of Health Centers (Doctors, Nutrition, Lab, Patient Care and other teams).
•Ensure high-quality patient care, clinical standards, hygiene, and service excellence.
•Develop wellness programs, packages, and subscription plans.
Operations & Supply Chain
•Ensure smooth coordination among Procurement, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Inventory and Sales teams.
•Implement SOPs, manage stock accuracy, and control wastage.
•Improve operational efficiency and lead digital automation initiatives.
Performance & Reporting
•Set and monitor KPIs for all departments.
•Review dashboards, revenue data, and service quality metrics.
•Prepare periodic performance reports and drive improvements.
Financial Management
•Prepare annual budgets and ensure cost control and profitability.
•Review financial performance, margins, and expenses.
Leadership & Compliance
•Lead and train cross-functional teams.
•Build an ethical, accountable workplace culture.
•Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.
