Responsibilities & Context:

Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday to Thursday each week.

Regular reporting to the Head of Sales on daily assigned activities.

Provide comprehensive audiological support services to the Cochlear Implant Centre at CMH Dhaka.

Remain willing and flexible to work according to the operational requirements of the Cochlear Implant Centre, CMH Dhaka.

Assist in cochlear implant programming, mapping, and troubleshooting of devices.

Educate patients and caregivers on device usage, maintenance, and auditory rehabilitation strategies.

Collaborate closely with ENT specialists, surgeons, and technical staff to ensure quality pre- and post-operative care.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress, treatment plans, and device configurations.

Participate in routine audits, quality control assessments, and inventory management of audiological devices.

Remain flexible and willing to take on responsibilities beyond standard duties as per the company’s operational needs.

Uphold strict confidentiality, maintain professionalism, and adhere to medical ethics and institutional standards.

Willing to perform any other duties relevant to Audiology assigned by the management of GMCL.
