Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Laws.
Good communication skills in Bangla and English.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in typing and drafting documents in both Bangla and English.
Strong multitasking ability, with the capacity to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently under pressure
Maintain complete personnel files of hospital staff.
Manage recruitment, selection, and on boarding of clinical and non-clinical staff.
Monitor attendance, duty rosters, leave records, and shift management.
Assist in payroll preparation including overtime, night duty, and attendance adjustments.
Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Act, 2006 (amended) and hospital HR policies.
Handle disciplinary actions, show cause notices, warnings, and inquiry documentation.
Coordinate employee confirmation and performance appraisal process.
Maintain statutory registers and support HR audits.
Address employee grievances and HR-related queries.
Support training, orientation, and staff development programs.
Willingness to do work after office hours/weekends/public holidays when required.
Able to work well on multiple projects & meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibility and reliability to take charge of certain projects independently.
Perform any other HR-related task assigned by management to work well on multiple projects & meet tight deadlines.
