Responsibilities & Context:
Review and dispense medications with precision, screening for interactions and ensuring safe dosing for all patient types.
Manage stock levels, cold chain storage, and controlled substances while proactively monitoring expiries and emergency kits.
Execute detailed shift handovers and provide real-time drug information to nursing and medical teams.
Maintain strict regulatory standards, supervise technical staff, and lead incident reporting to ensure continuous quality improvement.
