• Ability to enforce safety rules firmly and fairly.

• Leadership and team coordination ability.

Job Summary:

The Safety Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe and healthy working environment across all assigned sites. The role involves monitoring safety practices, enforcing company safety policies, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with local safety regulations.

Duties & Responsibilities as Safety Supervisor:

• Conduct safety orientation and training programs for employees and site workers.

• Enforce safe work practices in accordance with company policies and HSE standards.

• Identify, report, and correct unsafe acts and unsafe working conditions.

• Prevent recurring or lingering unsafe or unhealthy workplace hazards.

• Monitor site activities to ensure continuous compliance with safety regulations.

• Assist in accident/incident investigation and recommend corrective actions.

• Promote early and safe return-to-work practices following incidents or injuries.

• Maintain HSE records, reports, and safety documentation.

Working Conditions:

• Site-based role with regular field supervision.

• May require working beyond standard hours in emergencies or special situations.
