JIGL is uniquely poised to cater to the demand to the country and has got the surplus capacity to export to the overseas markets.
Manage daily store operations including receiving, storing, issuing and recording materials properly.
Development and implement time and action plans for all orders, regularly monitoring and following up to ensure timely procurement and delivery.
Prepare comparative statement (CS) to identify the best bid among potential suppliers.
Ensure goods are purchased at comparative prices after verifying market conditions.
Coordinate with suppliers and logistics team to guarantee the timely delivery of goods to the factory.
Work closely with stores to confirm timely receipt of the goods.
Oversee the full procurement process from receiving purchase requests (PR) to issuing purchase orders (PO).
Monitoring inventory level and calculate materials.
Handle any additional procurement-related tasks assigned by management.
