∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Experience in dyeing industry will get preference.
∎ Experience in merchandising will get preference.
∎ Good Communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good leadership ability to lead & motivate the teammates.
∎ Able to work under pressure and complete the task within a preset time frame.
∎ Excellent in interpersonal & communication skills. Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for Yarn Dyeing Marketing and overall activities related to order collection to run the factory.
∎ Able to handle sales team with proper leadership & guidelines to fulfill the organizational sales targets.
∎ Have to handle development stage activities independently.
∎ To deal with the Buyer independently for all the Marketing activities including price quotes, negotiation and sourcing.
∎ Keep liaison with Buyer for marketing activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning.
∎ To act as a coordinator among all concerned parties to ensure timely execution and Shipment of orders.
∎ Responsible for proper follow-up and committed to the timeline given by Buyers and meeting the timeline.
∎ Coordinates with the production team to deliver on-time shipment and ensure Merchandisers are updating order status to Buyer.
∎ Work closely with QA to ensure the best product.
∎ Have to take care of all aspects of quality from the initial to the final stage of the production.
∎ Must be expert in sourcing new buyers, and collecting orders.
∎ Keep close liaison with Buyers & Suppliers for any updates on the production.
∎ Coordinate Customer/Supplier visits and deploys resources accordingly.
