Additional Requirements:

• Having work experience in Sales & Marketing in Construction Chemicals, Cement and Building Materials Industries.

• Sales Knowledge about PU & Epoxy flooring will get preference.

• Motor bike license holder will get the preference.

• Identifying actual problems by visiting projects and providing the best solutions through the best products.

• Lead, monitor, control, develop, and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and company objectives.

• Continuously monitors market development and reviews sales and marketing strategies to identify opportunities to penetrate new markets and meet and enhance sales targets.

• Analyze market conditions, identify potential customers, and treat them with special care by developing a sales strategy.

• Collect market information through business intelligence & market research to support strategy development.
