Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master's degree in any discipline
∎ M.Com / MBA in Marketing / equivalent by qualification
∎ Educational degree will be considered for having vast experience in related job.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To effectively work himself to increase the work-productivity and efficiency of the assigned jobs, with all sincerity, responsibilities & accountability.
∎ To adhere strictly to the discipline of being punctual in daily attendance, in obeying office discipline, rules and regulations of the Company accordingly.
∎ Achieve corporate sales objective through execution of prescribe label of work plan.
∎ To attend the meeting regularly.
∎ To perform duties and responsibilities as assigned by the departmental superior.
∎ To develop strategic business plan, operating plan, annual sales and promotional budget for the assigned products.
∎ To evaluate competitors' activities and formulate counter strategy for the same.
∎ To visit existing and prospective customers regularly for personal relationship development and collect of orders for fulfillment of sales target.
∎ To submit bills and follow up closely for collection of payments.
∎ To collect customers complaints and solve them in close coordination with concerned factory and higher authority.
∎ To collect from customer product artwork & controlled sample to develop their product & submit sample for approval & follow up closely & monitoring to the customers.
∎ To complete daily work as per schedule & prepare work plan for next day.
∎ To quote, negotiate and finalize price of products with the customers.
∎ To submit bills and follow up closely for collection of payments.
∎ Work closely with the design & development team to meet up the customer requirement according to the Standard Operation Procedures (SOP).
∎ Any other work as and when assigned by the Management.
∎ Must be target oriented and result driven
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years' experience in Plastic and Laminated Tube Marketing Sector.
∎ Candidate who has motor cycle will get highly preference
∎ Excellent computer sill and communication skills in Bengali & English
∎ Must be self-motivated, dynamic, energetic and have the ability to work under pressure.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas: Pharmaceuticals, Toiletries & any related companies.
∎ Skills Required: Laminated Tube, Leveling printing sales
