Bangladeshi law, Company Law, Labor Law, Land Law
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform as representative of the company for legal affairs.
∎ Research information and preparing legal documents.
∎ Write legal notes, drafts and other necessary write up.
∎ Provide legal advice to the concerned; corresponding with them and explaining complex legal matters
∎ Assist legal advisor for company's legal perspective issues.
∎ Attend court to assist with the presentation of cases.
∎ Make contact and coordinate with different DIFE personnel and offices all over the country
∎ Maintain liaison with fellow professionals on behalf of clients.
∎ Keeping up to date with changing legislation specially of Bangladesh labor law.
∎ Face NBR related Issues
∎ Manage and keeping up to date the TAX file of the company.
∎ Any other task given by the management/supervisor.
