Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA in Human Resources Management or Masters in Management with Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from any reputed Institute.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Human Resources & Development, Organization Development/ Process Improvement, TNA, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop annual training and development plan of the company.
∎ Plan and prepare effective budget for all learning and development initiatives.
∎ identify training and development needs within an organization through job analysis, appraisal schemes and regular consultation with business managers and human resources departments
∎ work in a team to produce training program that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organisation, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level
∎ design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organisation and the individual
∎ Ensure quality training for both Management and Non Management internal employees.
∎ liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
∎ develop effective induction program for new staff, apprentices and graduate trainees
∎ Ensure and Analyze Training ROI for Management.
∎ Develop and establish an in-house training center and training culture for the company.
∎ Communicate and Coordinate training programs with external trainers.
∎ Prepare monthly and annual training report for Management.
∎ monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers
∎ amend and revise training programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
∎ help line managers and trainers solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
∎ Develop and supervise new employees orientation program.
∎ Ensuring employees receive statutory required training

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ SAP HCM professional will get additional advantage.
∎ Advance computer knowledge especially MS Office.
∎ Excellent exposure of result & feedback.
∎ Prudent decision maker and proactive.
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali.
∎ Knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act & Rules
∎ Highly Stress and work load taker

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
