∎ Graduate in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed University is must
∎ And MBA will be given preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement comprehensive and innovative sales and marketing activities/ strategies to achieve business goals in a highly competitive business environment.
∎ Establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company's business plan.
∎ Liaison with different Organization/Factories for maximize the sales
∎ Identify, develop, and evaluate Sales strategy for industry-based products
∎ Prepare sales pitch/proposal for prospective clients/customer
∎ Visit customers/clients, create inquiries, quote business proposal to customers and convert to real business in favor of the company Chemlube Limited
∎ Formulate, direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services,
∎ Develops and recommends product and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Providing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly updates, revisions and modifications to the Plan.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction in order to meet the objectives of the company's overall business plans and strategies
∎ Act to achieve overall sales target of the company.
∎ Collect data and information regarding competitors, their market share etc for future market planning and develop policy.
∎ Prepare and produce necessary reports to the authority time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 - 3 year's experience in a reputed company. Lubricants business experience will be given preference.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Ability to think creatively and innovatively.
∎ Confident, self-driven, innovative, problem solving and excellent technical skills
∎ Leadership skills, Planning and organization skills
∎ Should be strived for excellence, dependable and trustworthy.
