Education:
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CSE, EEE, IT, or BBA (MIS/HRM) from a reputed university.

Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 30 years

Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in ERP/HR software implementation.

Practical knowledge of HRIS/Payroll/ERP systems will get high preference.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage HR & Payroll software implementation projects (Attendance, Leave, Recruitment, Payroll, Performance, etc.).

  • Collaborate with HR & Admin teams to analyze requirements and configure ERP modules accordingly.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure successful software rollout, including user training, UAT, and Go-Live support.

  • Develop and implement strategies for change management, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption of new systems.

  • Develop implementation strategies aligned with organizational policies and Bangladesh Labour Law compliance.

  • Prepare technical & functional documentation for all implementation stages.

  • Ensure data migration, integration with biometric devices, and third-party APIs.

  • Coordinate with developers to customize modules as per HR business processes.

  • Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders and executive management. Present findings to management on regular cadence.
