Job Context:
∎ Pretty Group is looking for a dynamic and self-driven professional to join as Sr.Executive / Asst. Manager -HR for Corporate office.
∎ The candidate highly adaptable inspires innovation and be able to lead change for optimum productivity.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To handle recruitment process, Orientation/Induction program, exit interview and final settlement etc.
∎ To prepare and maintain Attendance, Salary Administration, Leave Management and Compensation Benefit.
∎ To maintain a sound Performance Management System for all staffs and management personnel in the company.
∎ To ensure/prepare transfer, increment, promotion, separation, and confirmation related work.
∎ To Prepare / Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issues
∎ To assist for upgrading and implement of various HR policies for establishing smooth HR operation within the company.
∎ To prepare migration analysis and organogram for the company.
∎ To ensure Disciplinary action & conduct departmental inquiry & grievance.
∎ To maintain rapport with the local bodies, buyer representatives and government agencies as & when require.
∎ To ensure all administrative related MIS are properly maintain, update
∎ To maintain employee/labor relation & legal affairs related work.
∎ Maintain various types of register (Maternity, Leave register, Grievance handling register, Orientation training register, various types of awareness register etc.)
∎ To organize and conduct training for Human Resource development as per requirement.
∎ To maintain HR related Documentation.
∎ Able to prepare personal file and attendance report.
∎ He should have good knowledge about the labor law.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Department Head and/or management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong knowledge on Labour law 2006 & Labour Rules 2015
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Good team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Computer literacy is must typing both Bangla & English.
