Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have practical experience of Detection System & Hydrant System Installation and Maintenance.
∎ Design and Supervising the Installation and Maintenance of Sprinkler Systems, Standpipe and Hose Systems, Stationary Pumps, Water Tanks, Water-Based Fire Protection Systems, portable fire extinguisher, Fire detection, Alarm system, life saving codes as per NFPA.
∎ Installation of PA system and interfacing it with the FACP.
∎ Supervising the Design and Installation and Maintenance of VESDA (Xtralis) aspiratory smoke detection System.
∎ Installation and Maintenance of remote monitoring system of Fire Alarm control Panel.
∎ Monitoring the status of Emergency lights, Spot lights and Exit lights.
∎ Installation and maintenance of Fire Doors, Fire Lift shaft door and Other Opening Protective as per NFPA 80.
∎ Conducts regular fire drills. And emergency evacuation drills to aware employees of any emergency incident.
∎ Communicate with vendors and suppliers for fulfill the installation, commissioning work and bill receiving after evaluation sending it to the head office.
∎ Make requisition and estimate of Installation and Maintenance work.
∎ Fire risk assessment and take necessary action to remove it.
∎ Make awareness among the worker regarding fire issues.
∎ Arranging the Fire Safety Training for both the workers and officers with the help of local Fire Brigade.
∎ Provide Action Plan for all projects and maintaining it accordingly.
∎ Monitoring personnel functions, such as supervision of Senior Safety Executive, Fire Safety officer, Safety Engineer, Fire operators, electricians, technicians, Artist man.
∎ Conducts, Monitoring and follow-up fire safety training and regular fire drill and fire drill documentation.
∎ Communicating with other departments for Smooth Fire and Safety operation.
∎ Checking the daily, weekly and Monthly status of CFDS and FPS.
∎ Maintaining the hot work permit records of different hot works inside factory area.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD & Fire Detection-Protection Design related software.
∎ Hard working, Good inter-personal and report writing skills.
∎ Strong communication skill in English and Bangla both oral and written.
∎ Knowledge of Bangladesh Fire prevention Act, NFPA, BNBC.
∎ Must have willingness to work in different locations.
