Responsibilities & Context: Golden Harvest Group is one of the largest business conglomerates in the country. Currently, we are looking for experienced, dedicated, honest and hard-working professional individual for Export Department.
The job responsibilities for the position are as below:
- Execute end-to-end export process, including documentation, customs clearance, & logistics coordination Ensure timely and accurate processing of export shipments to meet deadline & customer requirements according to PI/LC requirements.
- Handle financial transactions related to export activities, including invoicing, payments from customers, customs duties, and other related costs.
- Prepare proper documents for claiming cash incentives and coordinate with all relevant parties to realize claims.
- Maintain liaison with buyers and service providers to negotiate terms, manage contracts, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as production, logistics, procurement, and finance to ensure export operations.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on export activities and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all export transactions, including invoices, bills of lading, customs declarations, and payment receipts.
- Inform customer/Buyer Shipment schedule and take confirmation Prepare monthly Export summary report.
- Follow-up Forwarders / Liner to Release BL/ Surrender BL in time to provide Buyer. Check bills from Transport, C&F, and Forwarder/Liner
- Create new export opportunities.
