∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Context:
∎ Application from eligible candidates who have 05 to 07 years apartment (Residential & Commercial) sales experience only reputed Real Estate company.
∎ This is full time permanent post and must be able to perform the given job responsibilities.
∎ Professional, mentally and physically sound conditions are required to apply for that post.
∎ Applicants must fulfill the selection criteria.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing sales of exclusive and high valued commercial and residential projects to meet budget, forecast and margin targets.
∎ Developing an annual Sales Plan and providing quarterly and monthly updates in connection to company's yearly business plan.
∎ Ensure team sales activities by implementation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly action plan and evaluate with top management.
∎ Conducting competitive market intelligence, analyze and adjust positioning to retain and grow market leadership.
∎ To ensure Customer's Acquisition as per the Departmental Target.
∎ To Lead, Train and Support his Team for generating Revenue through new Sale.
∎ Achieve company revenue and profit target with proper planning & execution.
∎ To find out new sort of idea to generate sale and also find out new idea for attraction to the customer.
∎ Market analysis for correct strategies development for sales, pricing, product development and new product acquisition.
∎ Liaison with other departments head to get job done.
∎ The incumbent have to visit corporate client.
∎ To Attend Prospects Call, Answering their Inquiries, and Ensure proper support.
∎ Ensure and maintain proper record keeping of all sales activities.
∎ To participate any other activities when required as part of management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Need sound knowledge in computer applications.
∎ He should have very pleasant personality with excellent communication skills both in Bengali & English.
∎ Capable to serve under pressure.
∎ Must be hard working with fervent attitude.
