Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identifying potential clients in the market
∎ Generating own leads and closing sales
∎ Direct sales activities Expo participation
∎ Closing & servicing Prospect clients for site visits through calling, email and offs-site meetings
∎ Create customized proposals for specific client needs
∎ Close deals to achieve monthly targets
∎ Developing & nurturing a strong sales channel
∎ Developing existing and new channel partners relationship to achieve targets
∎ Create relationships with booked clients to generate incremental business through referrals
∎ Manage day-to-day sales operations
∎ Contribution towards increase site walk-in from potential clients
∎ Ability to think out of the box in challenging situations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, land Sales, Sales & Marketing.
∎ Minimum 2 years relevant work experience in any reputed real estate company.
∎ Good knowledge of the sales process, cycle and the industry
∎ Experience in a reputed real -estate company specially township projects
∎ Exceptional communication and people management skills
∎ Should have stress tolerance, formal presentation and team leadership skill and should be proactive
Salary:
∎ Salary Range: BDT 30 to 40 thousand (Based on Experience & Exposure)
Approx. Incentive Exposure (Yearly): BDT 10-15 Lac
