• Succeed daily activities of the sales team and monitor client visit plan to reach the target.

• Accountable to meet the sales goal with proper arrangement.

• Find new business prospects and customer desires to generate the sales lead.

• Accumulation a wide range of network and keep updating the prospective client directory.

• Keep a good relationship with existing clients and ensuring high levels of client fulfilment. 

• Market calculations, sales movements analysis and Land sales movements to ensure development of a strong business strategy and its implementation.

• Prepare reports on sales performance and market development opportunities for the Management.
