Responsibilities & Context:
  • Increase the profitability of the company by initiating new clients and ensure the satisfaction of existing clients. Gather market information and arrange a market survey.
  • Visit clients and identify new business needs and define & develop a communication strategy & plan for sales & Marketing of IIF & ISP
  • Provide Strategic input into the Company Business Plan
  • Willing to work under pressure & to move outside of Dhaka to meet with the client
  • Having strong knowledge of ISP & IIG Sales & Marketing current market trends along with detailed skills in Sales closing, customer problem handling
  • Discover target markets and research for evaluating strategies to communicate with them.
  • Report to superiors on new opportunities and apply product knowledge to meet the target.
  • Operate marketing plans set by the Line Manager and project for new and existing services.
  • Monitor & follow up the individual, monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets.
  • Collect market information and regularly monitor product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver product Knowledge to the relevant customer.
  • Close new business deals by assessing requirements, developing and negotiating contracts integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Responsible for business communication with Customers.
  • Develop a strong business relationship with key customers and visit the market regularly.
  • Be willing to undertake any other duties assigned by the Higher Management.
