Educational Requirements:

Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Banking law, Company Law, Compliance Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Labor Law, Land, Tax Law
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have analytical ability on lands documents.
∎ Draft and prepare legal documents.
∎ Initiating & conducting legal proceedings, drafting legal documents, searching genuineness of title deeds, khatians & inspecting lands.
∎ Vetting land documents and provide opinion.
∎ Preparing legal notice, letters, agreement and complaint
∎ Prepare the appropriate legal document for trial or court proceedings.
∎ Represent the company in legal proceedings.
∎ Oversee the company policy and position on legal matters.
∎ Protect the company against legal risks and violations.
∎ Examine the legal issues related to new products and services.
∎ Negotiate deals on behalf of the company.
∎ Guide management on regulatory and compliance issues to ensure compliance with legal regulations.
∎ Meeting and discussing with Panel Lawyers at the office.
∎ Collection documents and relevant papers for new cases and forwarded to the concerned person.
∎ To research & prepare legal opinions on various civil /criminal / commercial matters.
∎ To draft and/or review legal letters, contracts, agreements & monitor legal obligations to ensure compliance as required by the Company from time to time.
∎ To draft, amend, review and/or recommend, modify & deal with the matters related to properties, certification, utilities, vat, tax & other legal issues by complying with the relevant laws & regulations as applicable to the company.
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time.
∎ Maintaining Court Dairy with up to date case status.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 06 (Six) years experiences.
∎ Must be enrolled as an Advocate of Bangladesh Bar Council.
∎ Must have experience in conducting Artha Rin suits and Negotiable Instrument Act cases.
∎ Must have ability to draft legal documents in relation to the Artha Rin suits and Negotiable Instrument Act cases.
∎ Must have adequate Knowledge in Computing, particularly Microsoft Word , Power Point and Excel.
∎ Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
∎ Proficient in both English and Bengali (oral and written)
∎ Strong communication skills & ability to work under pressure..

Salary: Negotiable
