∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel, MS Visio

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Core HR Knowledge

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to implement KPI based performance management system.
∎ Assist to develop & implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategies.
∎ Assist in full life cycle recruitment including effective sourcing, screening and interviewing etc.
∎ Assess training need assessment (TNA) and coordinate learning and development programs.
∎ Prepare various dynamic HR reports using HR Analytics.
∎ Review and update job description for all level of employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Visio & Excel.
∎ Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.
