Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform job analysis and manpower planning, budgeting for plant.
∎ Conduct recruitment-related activities & arrange orientation for newly joined employees.
∎ Organize and provide training for the development of employees.
∎ Conduct transfer, promotion, performance appraisal, clearance clearance-related jobs.
∎ Maintain attendance & leave, personal file management, and update ERP.
∎ Managing all administrative jobs like canteen, accommodation and transport, housekeeping & cleaning related issues & ensuring logistics support by the best utilization of cost.
∎ Responsible for keeping up to date companies all documents like Trade licenses, Factory licenses, Fire licenses, etc.
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet for casual employees, Overtime sheet for permanent & casual employees as per the organization’s policy.
∎ Handling Disciplinary & Grievance, issues as per law & ensure the security system of the factory.
∎ To attend in scrap selling & coordinate any event/program.
∎ Manage guest hospitality by arranging food, drinks, and a welcoming environment for visitors.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
