∎ Age at least 29 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare and maintain production plans based on order forecast, line capacity, and shipment deadlines.
∎ Coordinate with merchandising, production, IE, and procurement teams to align raw material availability and capacity booking.
∎ Monitor daily production status, identifying and mitigating bottlenecks or delays.
∎ Ensure optimal utilization of capacity, avoiding under or overloading production lines.
∎ Closely monitor daily and weekly fabric for facilitated sewing line.
∎ Conduct critical path analysis to ensure each process stage is completed on time.
∎ Prepare and update shipment schedule and ensure delivery deadlines are met.
∎ Analyze capacity vs. order gaps and provide early alerts to management.
∎ Prepare and present weekly and monthly planning reports to management.
∎ Assist in ERP (logic)/Planning software implementation and data analysis.
∎ Work closely with QA/Technical team to coordinate PP meetings, pilot runs, and approvals.
