Strong understanding of construction methods & materials.
Ability to read all type of drawings.
Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context: We are hiring Estimation Engineer for Building Construction.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ and Cost Finalization both manual & ERP software.
All types of rate analysis.
Prepare project cost estimate (Structure, Architecture, Electrical & Plumbing).
Making revisions to estimate as needed.
Project visit for budget analysis according to work progress.
Market survey for materials rate collection.
Material Purchase Requisition of all projects checked & forwarded as per BOQ.
Project cost control as per BOQ.
Maintain proper correspondence with other departments.
Workshop visit for metal work fabrication.
Various report preparation as per management requirements.
Performing any tasks as directed by senior authorities from time to time.
