Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Buffer, Canva, Digital Marketing, Digital Media analytics, Google Ads, Google analytics, Hoot Suite, SEO and Digital, Social Media Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Design, build, and maintain social media presence.
∎ Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
∎ Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
∎ Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
∎ Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
∎ Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
∎ Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
∎ Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
∎ Evaluate emerging technologies.
∎ Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
∎ Any task assigned by supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies and philosophies.
∎ Good conception on different web application (portal, e-commerce, blog, analytics etc.)
∎ Good communication skill (written & spoken) both in Bengali and English.
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and strong sense of self-motivation.
∎ Hard Worker and passionate to build up career in Digital Marketing.
∎ Clear idea about Digital Landscape
∎ Depth knowledge in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, App promotion
∎ Strong knowledge in audio visual content promotion
∎ Experience with KPI based and result oriented promotion
∎ Strong knowledge in Funneling process and conversion ads, lead ads, content level (organic and SEO friendly content, storytelling) and able to ensure ad friendly content
∎ Strong knowledge about Google and Facebook advertisement policy
∎ Strong knowledge in SEO, Google Search Console, keyword tool: Ahref , Moz and Google Analytics
∎ Strong knowledge of using social media tools: Canva, Hoot suite, Buffer
∎ Good communication skill with a great presentation skill in: MS PowerPoint, Prezi,
∎ Basic knowledge in Adobe Photoshop and Aftereffect
