Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in any discpline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare daily production plan with proper documentation.
∎ To follow-up production with quality.
∎ To Check shade matching.
∎ To coordinate with Merchandising team & LPD through e-mail communication.
∎ Responsible for all activities from production to delivery.
∎ Ensure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given time-frame.
∎ To follow-up and control the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirement.
∎ To follow-up and control the improvement of production processes & reduces all types of wastage by proper planning.
∎ Achieve optimum level of productivity by maintaining AQL required by buyer.
∎ Monitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivity.
∎ Supervise production floor for highest level of productivity given by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 37 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should be good in written English
∎ Knowledge on Crochet / Elastic M/C, Brand-TCH, Dhau; & Warping Mc.
∎ Technical knowledge on elastic design & production setting on mc as per sample
∎ Vast Knowledge on Yarn & Rubber & spare parts of Crochet machine
∎ Good knowledge on yarn, yarn counts, Rubber Thread, Rubber Counts, technical problem solving ability with required quality standard. .
Salary: Negotiable
