Educational Requirements:
∎ Accounting/Finance Background.
∎ Masters/MBA from any reputed Institution.
∎ Candidates having CA CC and any other professional experience in similar field are also encouraged. (Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidate)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To Maintain Petty Cash.
∎ To Receive and verify Vendor bills/records against the company records.
∎ To Record bank and Cash transactions in computerized accounting software/ERP.
∎ To Check monthly Salary, Allowances and other payroll, transport bill etc
∎ To update all collection of outstanding balances into ledger and software.
∎ To prepare daily and monthly cash-receivable reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
∎ To prepare cash & journal entries and posting to general ledger.
∎ Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly spare parts inventory Report.
∎ To update all Tax & VAT return, forms and documents accordingly with consultation of related department.
∎ To keep liaison along with accounts and other departments to ensure smooth team work.
∎ To carry out any other tasks assigned by the authority as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have minimum 5-6 years working experience in performing above responsibilities in the areas of related field.
∎ Ability to work hard, honest, sincere, proactive, self-motivated, energetic and coordinate with higher Management.
∎ Proven Experience in performing the said responsibilities.
∎ 5-6 Years practical working experience in Accounts and finance discipline.
∎ Good communication skill both in English and Bengali.
∎ Good team player, well organized, Initiative and detail oriented.
∎ Accounting experience in Sea port operation linked organization.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ (Salary shall be negotiable for experienced and deserving candidate)
