Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including market research, financial modeling, and risk assessment.
Risk analysis (ROL, NPV, IRR, GDP, Inflation, Discounting factors, sunk cost, etc.)
Local and overseas investment analysis (Short Term and long-term).
Budgeted project cost and variance analysis
Collaborate with project team, TSO and Marketing team to support project planning, budgeting, and execution.
Contribute to the development of financial models, Investment metrics, and reporting tools to enhance decision-making processes.
Assist in developing investment strategies, Identifying new business opportunities, and assessing potential risks and returns.
