Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion designing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas,
∎ Fashion Designing & Product Development
∎ Skills Required: CLO 3d Design, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
∎ Fluent both in English & Bengali
∎ Shanto Mariam University of Creative Technology,BGMEA University of Fashion Technology students will get preference
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keep up to date with emerging fashion trends as well as general trends relating to fabrics, colors, shapes, detailing, wash and embellishment.
∎ Create or visualize an idea into design.
∎ Create mood, inspiration, trend & color board both in soft & hard copy.
∎ Plan and develop ranges based on a theme.
∎ Proven team player.
∎ Work with other teams, such as buyers and forecasters, to develop products to meet the brief.
∎ Liaise closely with sales, buying and production teams on an ongoing basis to ensure items suit the customer, market and price points.
∎ Understand design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for the designs
∎ Visit trade shows and manufacturing premises to source, buy & select fabrics, trims, fastenings and embellishments to carry forward.
∎ Ensuring the right pattern of design, fabrics, trims/accessories, sample development, including fitting, detailing and adaptations n' take the total ownership of the sample.

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
