Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing information to students and their guardians regarding universities/colleges/ Schools
∎ Assessing university applications and supporting documents, including Statement-of-Purpose (SOP), to ensure successful admission and student visa approval.
∎ Performing industry research and supporting expansion initiatives predominantly for North America and Australia, as well as other global regions.
∎ Preparing applications for admission into different foreign universities/ maintaining other formalities related to admissions with the university's international office/ admission office.
∎ Coordinating the Admissions Manager/ Student Visa Application Officer/ Compliance Manager.
∎ Help candidates with their visa processing and file opening.
∎ Regularly checking upon the status of the files and updating candidates accordingly.
∎ Have an enriched and overall knowledge for the time period that is required for each student/candidate.
∎ Able to provide a proper breakdown along with a 360 solution to the client.
∎ Provide counseling to students who are seeking international study options.
∎ Greeting with clients in person and over the phone.
∎ Student counseling, Follow-up calls & emails.
∎ Maintaining good communication with clients and building a strong relationship with clients.
∎ Have to travel both inside and outside Dhaka in order to organize and host events.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years as student counselor and Immigration counselor. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): International Students Consultancy, Student Admission, Student Counseling, Student File Processing, and Student Visa Processing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms.
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (Preference will be given to background from 'O' and 'A' level, or candidates who scored a good IELTS score).
∎ Must have a pleasant personality with excellent communication and presentation skills
∎ Must be able to work in a team
∎ Must have strong computer skills (MS Office)
∎ The ability to build long-term client relationships will be considered an added advantage.
