Requirements:
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 42 years
∎ Must have experience of Civil , Structural & retrofitting for Accord / RSC requirement to building safety.
∎ In-depth knowledge of structural analysis & design software such as ETABS and STAAD-pro.
∎ Familiarity with BNBC and ACI codes.
∎ Extensive experience in designing both RCC and steel structures.
∎ Proficiency in AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong analytical, numerical, and project management skills.
∎ Excellent time management capabilities to ensure adherence to project deadlines.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
∎ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct modeling, structural analysis, and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
∎ Coordinate with architects and external consultants to finalize the framing system of buildings while resolving design-related issues.
∎ Guide and supervise CAD detailers through the drafting process and prepare comprehensive structural drawings.
∎ Oversee quality assurance of structural works, ensuring they align with design specifications.
∎ Review and interpret test results for various construction materials.
∎ Develop innovative approaches to problem-solving and modify existing drawings and specifications.
