Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration
∎ Collaborating with sales team to secure, retain, and grow accounts
∎ Cooperate with management on achieving goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans & strategies
∎ Build & maintain fruitful relationships with clients
∎ Preach clients with company's products
∎ Achieve KPI
∎ Generating and updating database of prospective client information
∎ Perform market research & development
∎ Oversee promotional activities
∎ Making innovative ideas for new content and programs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in Business Development or Marketing or Sales department for at least 3 years
∎ Experience in media industry will get preference.
∎ Magnificent communication skill
∎ Own an energetic, flexible, outgoing and sociable attitude
∎ Proven sales result
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
∎ Persuasive and goal-oriented
Salary:
∎ 30,000-40,000 tk/month based on skills & experiences
