Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a business analyst, this person will be responsible for evaluating business data & reports with the primary goal of improving decision-making and optimizing operational processes.
∎ Collect, interpret data, and analyze financial and production data using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports. Identifying patterns and trends in data sets and analyzing results to support business decisions
∎ Acquire data from various departments within the company and maintain databases
∎ Drive insights & analytics by identifying, tracking, measuring, and reporting metrics that impact business processes and sales performance. Locate and define production process improvement opportunities
∎ Responsible for identifying trends/insights from data and generating and managing dashboards. Leverage the right analytical tools and techniques.
∎ Maintain data integrity between production, sales, and financial systems, driving accurate reporting, billings, and revenue recognition.
∎ Prepare reports for management using business analytics reporting tools. Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in the manufacturing industry
∎ Experience with advanced data manipulation and summarization skills using Excel/Python
∎ Proficiency in using excel and its advanced formulae like VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Macro, etc.
