Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Environmental Science, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: IRCA, LAC, QMS, EMS, OHSAS, course passed

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AUDIT AND INSPECTION, Compliance Audit, Health and Safety

Job Context:
∎ Conduct management system Audits / Assessments.
∎ Conduct Training sessions.
∎ Support Technical Operations Manager (TOM) on operational issues.
∎ Comply with all Operational Integrity and Corporate Governance Guidelines of SGS.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting audit as a Lead Auditor / Auditor as assigned -
∎ Managing an audit program within the defined scope and criteria.
∎ Developing Audit Plan.
∎ Responding to queries raised by technical reviewer within the specified time.
∎ Maintaining confidentiality of client's information.
∎ Performing follow-up with auditee for completion of corrective action.
∎ Conducting Training Sessions –
∎ Preparing training modules/sessions abiding by the guidelines of SGS Global
∎ Training procedures.
∎ Preparing and performing training evaluation.
∎ Continually improve by responding to customer feedback.
∎ Work on Continuous Professional Development (CPD) as guided by TOM.
∎ Undertake professional development and ensure appropriate training records and personal logs are updated to maintain relevant auditor registrations and relevant industry knowledge.
∎ Work closely with TOM to provide any technical support.
∎ Plan and execute specific actions to comply and achieve monthly Operational KPI.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum five (5) years industry related post-qualification experience e.g. work in quality assurance or compliance or Health & safety or auditing within manufacturing, retailing, inspection, or enforcement.
∎ Auditors shall be able to demonstrate an understanding and knowledge of the specific product categories and a satisfactory knowledge of the requirements of the evaluation to be carried out audit
∎ A solid understanding of Management System certification and requirements
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Technical knowledge and experience in related field
∎ Able to realize business opportunities in conformity to the business strategy
∎ Business and profit minded with related technical knowhow.
∎ Able to interact with all levels of management, suppliers and clients
∎ Acts quickly and decisively; able to make tough calls
∎ Works well under pressure, challenges status quo.
∎ Applies judgment and acts according to the SGS standards of ethics and integrity.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, and Outlook)
∎ Flexible to travel
∎ Able to travel across the country

Salary: Negotiable
