Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma In Mechanical/Power/Automobile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve monthly/yearly spare parts sales target as per budget.
∎ Ensure when to order & what quantity to be ordered depending on buffer stock, lead time and customer demand.
∎ Act & Monitor warehouse for Zero short/Excess of spares and arrange internal audit in that same purpose.
∎ Monitor store assistant and give them proper guideline for storing, identifying spares and updating store as prescribed.
∎ Find out market potential based on tractor population and tractor model.
∎ Submit monthly spare parts sales report.
∎ Ensure availability of spare parts by appointing spare parts dealers in target locations.
∎ Ensure winsoft software operation like requisition (regional), supply, stock report.
∎ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants must have experience in spare parts sales/marketing.
∎ Sound knowledge in winsoft software operation.
∎ Basic computer skill.
∎ E-mail correspondence with Principle of SWARAJ.
Salary: Tk. 18000 - 22000 (Monthly)
