Educational Requirements:
∎ We need a self-motivated and energetic individual with Bachelor's Degree preferably in Social Science or any other relevant subject from a reputed University.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Currently Plan International Bangladesh has 31192 sponsored children. In view of the above vision Plan International will do everything it can, working with community members, to ensure that all children, including sponsored children, are healthy, well educated, safe and have a voice in decisions that affect their lives. Plan International will ensure that every community where sponsored children live benefits from a programme every year.
∎ The Sponsorship Programme Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring KPI, target achievement, digital communication, controlling quality of sponsorship communication items; hosting sponsor visits and developing youth volunteers. Also, will be responsible for working with Partners about community mobilisation for managing growths and cancellation of sponsored children; ensuring participation of sponsored children in programmes; tracking benefits for the sponsored children and alignment of Sponsorship with programmes.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The person should have around 3 years of experience in sponsorship and someone who can effectively communicate and facilitate orientation to make sponsored children and their families understand the necessity of maintaining quality communications between the sponsor and the sponsored children. He/She should respect equity, gender sensitivity and ensure safeguarding issues.
