Job Responsibilities:
∎ Currently Plan International Bangladesh has 30000 sponsored children. In view of the above vision Plan International will do everything it can, working with community members, to ensure that all children, including sponsored children, are healthy, well educated, safe and have a voice in decisions that affect their lives. Plan International will ensure that every community where Sponsored children live benefits from a programme every year.
∎ The Sponsorship Programme Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring KPI, target achievement, digital communication, controlling quality of sponsorship communication items; hosting sponsor visits and developing youth volunteers. Also, will be responsible for working with Partners about community mobilisation for managing growths and cancellation of sponsored children; ensuring participation of sponsored children in programmes; tracking benefits for the sponsored children and alignment of Sponsorship with programmes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for an energetic and self-motivated individual with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science/related subject from a reputed University with minimum three years' experience in the field dealing with local Government, community mobilization, Children and youth. S/he must have the skills to effectively communicate and facilitate orientation. Alongside efficient in using Microsoft Office packages. The incumbent should be willing to Drive Motor Bike and should process a valid Driving License.
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary range for this role is Tk. 77,145.00 to Tk. 96,431.00 (may vary based on experience) along with other benefits i.e. Life Insurance, Hospitalization Insurance coverage, Out Patient Treatment Benefit.
