∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage innovation projects with community partners and program staff.
∎ Serve as a thought leader to plan, execute social innovation, field mobilization to implement the innovative solutions within the project areas.
∎ Establish partnership with health service providers, local government, drivers and association, transport services, local business, corporates etc.
∎ Business model development and social innovation to make the solution sustainable
∎ Recruitment of team members for innovation projects that drive impact.
∎ Guide implementation of promotional activities for the solutions in the project areas
∎ Develop and mobilize social innovation to deliver impact results aligned with the project
∎ Collaborate with all partners, stakeholder and other departments to meet deliverables.
∎ Work with Project Manager, determines impact area data needed for design challenges and works with project staff and partner agencies to collect and synthesize data.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in working with development sector is a must.
∎ Knowledge of development sector, local NGOs/ CSOs, INGOs, multi-lateral agencies, and development partners in Bangladesh
∎ Experience in developing partnerships with government and non-government agencies is expected
∎ Proven ability to conceptualize, innovate, plan and execute ideas, as well as to impart knowledge and teach skills
∎ An effective and energetic team player, with the ability to work in a multidisciplinary and multicultural environment
∎ Strong self-motivation and innovative skills, with capacity to work independently and meet deadlines
