Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS)
∎ MBBS with post-graduation Degree / diploma in Gynae & obs.
∎ 3 years' experience in relevant fields.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality of client information.
∎ Conduct Technical and Quality meeting regularly.
∎ Ensure registration, conduct clinical examination, and documentation of all pregnant women coming for antenatal and postnatal care.
∎ Ensure identification, examination, documentation and referral of all high-risk pregnant mother to appropriate health facility.
∎ Conduct C-section, normal deliveries, D&C, LAPM and other obstetrical surgeries and ensure follow up of all cases.
∎ Ensure networking with local consultants and effective referral linkage with tertiary.
∎ Ensure registration, counseling, clinical examination, per-operative screening and post-operative care of LAMP acceptors and Perform LAPM.
∎ Conduct MR/D&C and manage complications as per guidelines.
∎ Ensure identification and screening for RTI/STI clients and manage according to syndrome Management Approach.
∎ Support Medical Officers, paramedics, nurses in ensuring that they perform their duties efficiently.
∎ Provide on the job training to nurse and paramedics.
∎ Assists PM/CM for identification of training needs for the staff.
∎ Assists need for drugs, instruments and other logistics, forward indeed and ensure receipt of the supplies timely
∎ Ensure proper recording of client's information and filling appropriately the client health record forms.
∎ Represent participate, in workshops, conferences, seminars within and outside the organization.
∎ Identify various ways and means to further strengthen the quality of services.

∎ Age at least 27 years

Salary:
∎ Tk. 56525 (Monthly)
∎ Consolidated Salary. In addition, 2 festival bonuses as per HR/project policy.
