Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ You will be supporting the Head of Legal and Legal Counsel on matters as and when required.
∎ You will be assisting the Legal Team to provide legal advice on operational matters for the business.
∎ You will be assisting with drafting and negotiating contracts with third parties such as marketing partners, suppliers and restaurants.
∎ You will be assisting with identifying process gaps and initiating processes and SOPs for different teams.
∎ You will be assisting with providing training and awareness building to business teams.
∎ You will be responsible for managing, coordinating and updating system-based internal compliances.
∎ You will be attending administrative hearings such as hearings at the Directorate of Consumer Rights’ Protection.
∎ You will also work on privacy, competition, consumer law and other legal questions related to e-commerce as well as manage litigation.
∎ You will also liaise with external law firms and legal counsels as required.
∎ Any other support that may be required by the team from time to time.
