Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support our Logistics team in coordinating bookings between factories and forwarders.
∎ Track shipment vessels closely and be informed of all changes to shipment schedules and inform our teams of these proactively.
∎ Be aware of current global issues affecting shipments such as the Suez Canal blockage or container crisis. Advise our teams on how to solve these issues, and reduce costs.
∎ Maintain close and proactive communication with factories to book shipments in time.
∎ Ensure smooth communication between all relevant teams in Germany and Bangladesh, for LCs, shipment plans and commercial requirements for every order.
∎ Ensure comprehensive and reliable documentation of all exports/imports .
∎ Direct, control and monitor the overall commercial activities of the Liaison office.
