Educational Requirements:
∎ Have completed Master's degree preferably in Social science, Sociology, Development Studies, Gender and Development, International Affairs, Economics or other relevant field.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The key purpose of this position holder is to contribute to the progressive growth of SOYEE programme. S/he will support the expansion of the SOYEE Programme in several crucial dimensions, particularly in writing new project proposals and providing technical support to SOYEE programme; by providing conceptually enriched technical inputs and developing standards through extensive relevant research.
∎ SOYEE advisor, as an expert in the area, will be responsible to support SOYEE lead, to develop innovative and impactful youth employment and entrepreneurship programme model and will actively involve with fundraising from institutional funding agencies, private sectors and foundations in Bangladesh and out of country. He/she will provide Strong focus in gender transformation at each stage of the programme cycle and branding of Plan International Bangladesh in the area of gender-transformative SOYEE programme
Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a self-motivated team member who is competent in demonstrating the ability to work with diversified people. Should have experience at least 05 years' in a technical position especially in the field of skill development, youth employment, entrepreneurship, livelihood, with a specific focus on gender transformation and private sector engagement. Able to design and develop innovative project and programme on SOYEE in complex and emergency context. Have adequate understanding of SOYEE and related Rights related with regional/global standards. Should have good knowledge on National policies and strategies that supports SOYEE programme, especially focusing girls and young women. Familiar with relevant linkages along with key stakeholders and positions in both GoB and Private sectors to influence decision about mainstreaming SOYEE in Bangladesh
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ BDT. 169760 to 185000 (monthly cost to the company) along with other benefits i.e., hospitalization benefit for spouse and children, contributory provident fund, gratuity, leave, group insurance and yearly medical check-up for employee (only).
